Viva Life Enterprise Account

REGISTRATION SIGN UP

You may apply to be the registered Owner of a new organization dashboard by tapping the “Apply Now” button on our Viva Life home page at www.vivalife.app. Once the application is approved, an automated email is sent to you to sign your enterprise account via the email invitation link. The new dashboard is then activated once you accept the invitation in your enterprise account message center.

Yes, but when you tap the invitation link sent to you in the automated email, we will bind your existing registered app name and account credentials to your enterprise account. Your app account and enterprise account will therefore share a common name and login credentials.

Check all your email folders including your spam folder – or search your entire mailbox for “Viva Life”. If you still cannot find the email invitation, then contact us at support@vivalife.app.

You need to tap the “Accept” button via your Message Center page to add the organization dashboard to your enterprise account.

Each organization dashboard must be registered to an Owner whose status allows full access to the dashboard including inviting (or removing) additional Admin or Overview users. Admin users have full view access to the dashboard while Overview users only have limited view access to the dashboard – but neither Admin or Overview user can invite or remove other users to or from the dashboard.

NAVIGATING THE ORGANIZATION DASHBOARD

The “Member Overview” section displays the number of active members linked to the organization dashboard and categorized by negative, positive, and invalid results. This means that each member is only counted once according to their most recent test result. For example, if member “Joe Smith” tested negative 7-days ago and subsequently tested positive 2-days ago, then Joe Smith will only be counted once in the previous 7-day period – and categorized as a positive count in the “Member Overview” section.

The “Test Overview” section displays the number of tests taken by all members that are linked to the organization dashboard and categorized by negative / positive / invalid results. This means that every test result is included in the count. Using the same example above, Joe Smith’s records would be counted as two tests, one negative and one positive test, in the “Test Overview” section.  The test overview data can be filtered according to user-selected date range. This especially useful in analyzing the results of the organization’s test program.

An invalid test means that the diagnostic test conducted by a member did not return a valid test result. This is normally due to an incorrect test procedure. In these cases, the member is usually requested to redo the test.
Diagnostic test results are usually only considered valid for a specified time period. This time period is referred to as the “Active Period” and in the case of Covid-19 rapid antigen tests, the default active period has been defined aa 7-days. When a member’s most recent test result falls outside of the active period, they are classified and counted as an “Inactive Member”. There is a drop-down selector on the Member Overview section to enable you to change the parameter of the active period according to your organizational requirements, or your local government guidelines for Covid-19 testing.
The “Member Records” section displays detailed drill-down test record details for all members linked to the organization dashboard and is only visible to Owner and Admin users. Overview users cannot access this section.
The most likely reason is that the member themselves have removed or updated the organization ID on their Viva Life App. In this case all their records that were previously displayed on your dashboard will automatically be removed from view.
Yes, there is an “Export To CSV” button on the Member Records section that enables you to export the member record data to a CSV file format that can then be integrated into other systems.
Yes, your enterprise account may have more than one organization dashboard linked to it – for example, multiple dashboards could represent different branch offices of the enterprise. Use the drop-down selector at the top of the dashboard page to select the organization dashboard that you want to view.

BINDING OR REMOVING ADMIN AND OVERVIEW USERS

Only the organization dashboard Owner can invite an additional Admin or Overview user to the dashboard by tapping the “+” icon on the dashboard settings page. Recipients can link the dashboard to their enterprise account by following the instructions in the email invitation.
Check that you sent the user invitation to the correct email address. Then ask the invited user to check all their email folders including their spam folder – or search their entire mailbox for “Viva Life”. If they still cannot find the email invitation, then contact us at support@vivalife.app .
Yes, this is done via the dashboard settings page. The organization dashboard Owner can remove an Admin or Overview user from the dashboard by tapping the “trashcan” icon next to the user’s name. Or, an Admin or Overview user can remove a specific dashboard from their own enterprise account by tapping the trashcan icon alongside the dashboard’s name and confirming the request – other dashboard users will not be affected.

OWNER ADDING OR DELETING AN ORGANIZATION DASHBOARD

As an existing enterprise account holder, you may apply for ownership of an additional organization dashboard by tapping the “Apply for a new organization dashboard” button on your account page. Your online application will be processed by the Viva Life team within one working day, following which an automated email will be sent inviting you to activate your ownership of the new organization dashboard. Once you accept the activation invitation in your message center, the new organization dashboard will be available for view or selection on your dashboard page.

As the owner of one or more organization dashboards, they will be listed on your account page. You may delete an organization dashboard by tapping the trashcan icon alongside the dashboard name and confirming the request. Note that as the dashboard Owner, when you delete a dashboard, it is removed from view of all Admin and Overview users too. However, the underlying member records will not be deleted and will still be visible in each individual member’s Viva Life App account.

EDITING OR DELETING YOUR ACCOUNT

You can edit your name and email address via the account page by tapping the “edit” icon and confirming your update by tapping the “save” icon. Updated email address must be verified with the 6-digit code that is sent to your new email address.
Tap the “Delete Account” link at the bottom of your Account page and confirm the request by entering your account password.
As a dashboard owner, when you delete your account, the dashboard will be removed for view from all other Admin and Overview users too. As a dashboard Admin and Overview user, when you delete your account, the dashboard will only be removed from your account – no other users will be affected.

MESSAGE CENTRE MESSAGES

There are three types of messages that display in the message centre.

The first type are invitations that are sent to Owner, Admin or Overview users, inviting them to activate or bind a specific organization dashboard to their enterprise account. These message center invitations can be accepted or declined by the user.

The second type are status message updates that are sent to notify dashboard users that an Admin or Overview user has been added or removed from a specified organization dashboard.

The third type are status message updates that are sent to dashboard Owner and Admin users to notify them when a Viva Life App member adds or removes the Organization ID to or from their app account.
